As a former Airbnb Super-host, I know how important it is for your place to be spotless. Cobwebs on your ceiling fan or a dirt spot on your sheets, can be the difference between full payment or a free stay (for certain types of guest). We offer cobweb and dust removal, all bedroom linen turnover, disinfecting and cleaning of bathroom, kitchen and high touch areas, vacuuming and mopping of floors. We also offer a la carte items. Such as laundry service, window cleaning, deep cleaning, and maintenance of any non-functioning items.

A minimum of two cleaners at all times, and up to three for large facilities. 

Property turnovers and Airbnbs are on an as needed basis, and can be scheduled via text or through our online portal.

All other commercial properties will have the option of early morning, after hours or scheduled clean times as stated in their contract.

Additional days of cleaning, deep cleaning or a la carte services can be scheduled at any time our online portal.

Our checklist of scheduled services will be provided at signing of our contract. This is the same list that our cleaners take into your facility for check-off of completed duties. This checklist will be logged with the date and name of each cleaner.

Before and after photos will be taken of each cleaning. The administrator of the account will have access to a Google Drive folder, which will allow access to see all before and after photos.

We will gladly adjust our standard cleaning supplies upon your request. This will be discussed during property onsite or contract of services for Airbnbs and Turnovers
